Emerald Bay is a common-interest, covenant-controlled community. The property is governed by the Homeowners Association (HOA).

The purpose of the Homeowner’s Association is:

  • To own, construct, improve, repair, maintain, manage, and care for the streets and roadways, bridges, guard station, security gates and all other assets under the care and control of the HOA.
  • To provide or contract for security protection.
  • To improve, repair, maintain, manage and care for the streets and roadways.
  • To provide architectural control and enforcement.
  • To keep the vacant lots in the Emerald Bay Subdivision mowed and free and clean of debris.

Consolidated Rules and Regulations of the Emerald Bay Club, Incorporated and the Emerald Bay Homeowners Association.

In accordance with the Bylaws of the Emerald Bay Club, Inc. (Hereinafter identified as Club) and the Bylaws of the Emerald Bay Homeowners Association (Hereinafter identified as HOA) the following Rules and Regulations are established. They have been consolidated for ease of use. The origin of each Section or Rule is identified in parentheses following each Section Header or Rule, I.E. (Club), (HOA), or (Club and HOA). The Board may change or amend the Consolidated Rules and Regulations from time to time as they deem necessary and appropriate. The use and enjoyment of the Club and its amenities are privileges and these Rules are to preserve these privileges to all Members.

The Golf Shop at Emerald Bay features all of the equipment and apparel you could possibly need.

We sell designer shirts and wind breakers, hats, sunglasses and much more. We also carry a number of name brand golf shoes, towels and gloves.

Our selection of equipment consists everything from bags to clubs to balls. Featuring name brand products from Callaway, Foot Joy, Titleist, TaylorMade, Cleveland and so much more.

We also have a large selection of Emerald Bay Club branded shirts, towels, jackets and balls.

Members may use their own golf carts with no cart, trail, or greens fees. Carts must be white
and electric.

Handicap Fee

Handicap Fee of $50.00 paid by golfing members to the golf shop for the keeping of their handicaps in the GHIN system.

Membership at Emerald Bay Club

Membership provides access to golf and other amenities for the family. Emerald Bay membership can be obtained by purchasing a home or lot in the subdivision. For more information, please contact a realtor.
