All guests and service people must check in at the Guard station before entering Emerald Bay. Each member is responsible for notifying Security of expected visitors. Notification is required. 
Guests not verified by members or called in to the Security Gate may be turned away.

Security will need the following information:
  • Your first and last name
  • Your guest’s name or business name
  • If the guest is a social visitor or service person
  • Days they need to be on the entry list.  Passes are available for a 30-day limit.
  • Parties of 10 or more need an alphabetized list of guests to the guard house 24 hours in advance.

In case of a fire, a need for the Sheriff, Medical Emergency or other 911 emergency, call 911, then call the Front Gate Security Guard at 903-825-3174, who will coordinate with the respective agency and render assistance.

Please remember the Speed Limit is 25 MPH.  

Membership at Emerald Bay Club
