Emerald Bay is located just 12 miles south
of Tyler a major financial, medical,
educational, and commercial center in East Texas
with excellent shopping opportunities.
A delightful year round climate allows our
residents to enjoy our championship golf course,
lighted tennis courts and excellent fishing on
beautiful Lake Palestine.
Contained within the community is Emerald Bay
Community Church, a non-denominational Christian
Church meeting the spiritual needs of the local
residents.
Members keep their golf clubs and equipment on
their own golf carts. There are no trail or
green fees for members. A cart service and
repair facility is located within the community
for the convenience of the members.
Emerald Bay is a member owned, debt free, gated
community administered by a member-elected Board
of Directors who serve without fee for the
